Rode my new ADO A20XE today which finally gave me freedom to explore my neighbourhood in a whole new way!
After surviving lung cancer, this bike will now open a whole new world of exploration for me. Knowing that I can go into nature and make my way back without feeling vulnerable. Having speed to get me there and back!
It also fits nicely behind my drivers seat in my camper van and it doesn’t need to be folded although I like the option to do so.
If anyone has set up a dog carrier on the back, I’d love to see your set up! I have two boys who weigh 6.8kgs together!

I really tried out the beast,it conquered mount panorama at Bathurst .
Even though I was back to first gear putting some effort in I made to the top.
My speed at slowest was 12 kph.It is a very steep and long hill.
I might add I'm 70 years old.
I also ride motor bikes and this brilliant machine gives me a similar buzz,great for mental health

We bought 2 x Ado Air 20 after lots of research. This e-bike ticked all the boxes for us. Light, foldable and fit easily in our small motorhome. Like the power assist pedal as still wanted to get exercise. Handles all but the steepest hills with our level of fitness. Battery life is great. With aggressive riding, only on 2nd charge after 145kms. For us it is the perfect fit for purpose. Also Mibike provide very good after sale service and no question is too much trouble. Very happy with our Ado Air 20(s)
So far, I see that it is a sturdy padlock with a level 8 security, the length is 90cm and does not weigh much.
It includes two keys of which one of them comes with a built-in light for at night.
According to the instructions on the box, it has an armored cable covered with a special steel plus the plastic that covers it.
I recommend it.
I bought one in May 2023, I got right out on it, and wow what a difference getting around, the hills and bridges are a breeze now, but you still get gentle exercise, which I like.
I had an issue with the front break after a few days, the service desk sorted it out for me, and now the bike is perfect again, as we are in the UK it took a while to get the parts, however, this is not an issue, getting it fixed was, and they did this without hesitation.
I am 17stone in weight, and off one charge I have travelled around 30 miles.
My partner has now also bought one based on my usage and she tried mine out also, to go with our motorhome, and is very happy also, I can highly recommend this bike, very comfy with those tyres as well! we have put "slime" in them to protect them from punctures as well.
I needed a comfortable bike for my short-distance commutes.
After various searches I discovered this real "beast" and wanted to try it. I use it almost every day and I was amazed by the build quality and the sense of robustness.

I've had the beast for a while now and I absolutely adore it. It's amazing with the big fat wheels that go onto the beach with no problem at all.
I'm 6' 4 " tall and 17 stone and this ebike is a perfect fit for me, the extra 25 nm (65nm total) helps with the hills. The styling is great and we always get stopped whilst riding them to get asked about the ebikes.

Great bike, but please correct the size! The folded bike has a width of 40 cm and not 52 cm as shown in the official specs. A width of 40 cm would qualify the Air 20 for Austrian government support. No support for 52 cm is given! Thanks
Well. The bike is good itself. But came with broken seat and rear lamp from the supplier. Fortunately they reacted quickly and sent me the replacements. We are taking family rides and the Air20 is always with us in our camper van.
It's perfect for a city break ! The range of a fully charged battery it is around 55-60 km for 85Kg adult using eco mode in 80% of a plain route. Is perfect even to have it in a camper. I have two of this bike, for me and my wife. I recommend
I've been really impressed with my ADO eBike. The build quality feels solid, and the design is both modern and practical. It's easy to ride, even for beginners, and the electric assist makes hills and longer distances effortless. The battery life is reliable for daily use, and the folding feature is a big plus for storage and transport. Overall, it offers great value for the price and makes commuting much more enjoyable.

I did a first test ride of 15 km and the ADO Air 20 Pro thrilled me! Everything seemed perfect: engine, frame, suspension, brakes... the automatic transmission is fantastic!!
The only flaw was the pain in the coccyx at the end of the ride: I would suggest ADO to look for a solution, for the moment I will take a padded seat cover with a hollow in the center.
ADO Air 20 Pro is just a dream of an E-Bike. The moment i ride the very first time i felt in love with it. Very smooth and effortlessly to move forward and all by the eco mode 1 when you ride on flat terrain. And when you need more power for example for upper hills, no problem for the ADO Air 20 Pro, just switch to the sport mode let him climb easily. But what fascinating me is the automatic gear shift. Bafangs H700 motor is next level for daily commute in the city. Also the disc brakes works really well. This E-Bike is an no brainer and i recommended for everyone. Its my new Daily Driver #Lovemypro
I'm not an experienced cyclist and I'm loving the simplicity of this bike. No gear changes. Easy to use and very comfortable. Well made and very good value. I'm very happy.
Now own two Air 20 bikes, folding electric cycling has transformed life. We can take the bikes with us everywhere and the range is great for full days out. ADO accessories are also very good, phone holder and cycle helmet, and the aftersales team were very quick and helpful responding to my messages
We just had our first 25 mile ride, and we LOVE our new ebikes!!!
These are our 3rd set of bikes as the fat tire bikes were getting too heavy for us to lift to carry on our RV. We were worried about going from 750w to a 250w motor. However, the 2 speed transmission and the torque sensing systems are simply amazing! We had no problems on the hills and actually found we were biking faster than our normal speeds. And as they are MUCH lighter, we will use them more often.
My husband found the seat comfortable, but I had to replace mine. And as I am on the short side, 5'1", I found the handlebars too far away, so i will need to make some changes.

I am exited, because of the ado air 20 pro with the automatic gear change motor from Bafang.
Everything perfect, great purchase and better than expected! I would like to know what type of maintenance and product is recommended for the belt and if you recommend any other maintenance apart from this, the rear brake makes a slight squeak, otherwise everything is great, it climbs slopes in eco mode without much effort, thank you!
Great service from the Mibike team who arranged a warehouse pickup. They were very helpful with questions and feedback,. The ADO Air 20 Ultra is a great bike with the auto three speed gears making it simple and efficient to ride
Bike super well boxed, great attention to the details. the unpacking and mounting was a breeze. bought many bikes through the years and I can say that this as sleek as it gets. the ride is super amazing especially in the city, the handling is very intuitive especially for a folding bike. The design is well thought out in terms of weight but more importantly in terms of forlding/unforlding/ charging....super ergonomic , im 1m80cm tall, ride and very intuitive manoeuvring ( I live in a city. so traffic is a thing).
All in all - very happy with my purchase , such a loverly bile.
