We currently offer standard shipping for all goods purchased through our online store. We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your products are delivered promptly and securely. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier's availability.
Rates
We offer competitive shipping rates based on the delivery location and product category which are automatically calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, due to the size of Australia we cannot guarantee this shipping rate for remote areas outlined in the ‘Restricted Postcodes’ below.

*Due to the batteries included in eBikes they are classed as Hazardous Goods by shipping companies who apply additional charges.
Shipping Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier's availability, but standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days.
Restrictions
Due to the size and weight of our bikes, we cannot ship them to some remote locations in Australia. If you live in a remote area, please get in touch with us before placing your order to confirm if we can ship to your site.
