MiBike FREE E-Bike Expo Competition
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The MiBike E-Bike Competition (the "Competition") is open to all attendees of the Leisurefest (the "Expo") who are 18 years of age or older and who have register for the competition at the MiBike stand by providing their name, valid email address, phone number, and approval to receive email and SMS notifications and marketing.
2. How to Enter: To enter the Competition, attendees must visit the MiBike booth during during one of the participating expos and follow the instructions provided by MiBike representatives to complete the registration document. Each attendee is allowed one competition entry.
3. Prize: The prize for the Competition is a brand-new ADO A20 XE (the "E-Bike"). The E-Bike prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly by means of a random number generator by MiBike from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced at the conclusion of the 2024 Victorian Caravan and Camping Supershow. The winner will be contacted if they are not present at the time.
5. Prize Acceptance: The winner may be required to provide valid identification and proof of age to claim the prize. The winner may also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, as well as a publicity release, if requested by the Company. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Company to use their name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
6. Publicity and Marketing: By participating in the Competition, attendees grant the Company the right to use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Expo and the Competition.
7. General Conditions: The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. The Company is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur during the administration of the Competition. The Company's decisions regarding the Competition, including the selection of the winner, are final
and binding.
8. Release and Indemnification: Attendees agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Competition or the acceptance or use of the prize.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia

By participating in the E-Bike Expo Competition, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all decisions made by the Company. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the Competition.
